Types of Credit Cards
There are many types of credit cards – classic, gold and platinum. The classic credit card is the most basic one only requiring the owner to earn at least $18,000 per annum in order to have one while the gold card holders need to have a salary of at least $48,000 per year. The most high end and exclusive card is the platinum credit card that not many people have the privilege to own. You need to be at the top of income earner getting at least $78,000 per year in order to hold a platinum credit card. This is because the spending limit is increased as well, and the banks need to make sure that you can afford to pay and enjoy your lifestyle while holding the platinum card. It is only for a select few who made it – to be the cream of the high income earners.
